Apnoeic oxygenation with high‐flow nasal oxygen for laryngeal surgery

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of high-flow nasal oxygen as the sole method of gas exchange in apneic conditions for airway management during laryngeal surgery. Subject and method: From April to August 2023, 45 patients aged 30 to 69 underwent laryngeal surgery.
