System components  The equipment of signals conversion and switching provides:  Carry HF-signal into IF band;  Duplication of a signal on some outputs;  Switching of signals on inputs of processing units of signals.  The unit of signals processing provides:  Adjustment for the chosen control channel;  Demodulation of channels;  Transmission of the coded data on the decoding unit, reception of the decoded data from the block of decoding;  Primary processing of packages of data;  Automatic adjustment for logic channels by analysis result of of control channels;  Allocation of session messages from a digital flow;  Determination of session kinds messages (speech, SMS, data, fax);  Registration of session messages on hdd array of a file server;  The formalized information registration on sessions for DataBase.
  10. • Decoding unit provide:  Reception of the coded data from processing unit;  Determination of structure of the optimum decoder;  Decoding of data according to the chosen algorithm;  Sending of the decoded data on the block of processing of signals. • File-server/Database server provide:  Storage of session data;  Registration of acting data on sessions in a DB;  Management of records of a DB on the basis of SQL inquiries. • Automated workstation of session processing provide:  Information processing of input messages;  Formation of reports under the processed information. • Automated information display workstation provide:  Information processing about the location of a radiation source;  Source display to cartographical model.
  11.  The quantity of an automated workstation in structure of a system can be increased depending on information loading processable channels and requirements on efficiency of monitoring for incoming messages.  Types of session messages on which monitoring is conducted:  voice  SMS  fax/data 2.4, 4.8, 9.6 Kbit/s  Operational system – Windows XP/7.
