Master thesis of MPPM: Approach to competency-based training need analysis (TNA) in the public sector of Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province (Vietnam)

Application of modem human resource management practices in supporting development of human resource in public sector is the prevailing trend during the past two decades in many developed countries. In particular, the application of competency framework in supporting human resource management practices such as recruitment, planning, training, training, evaluation or compensation is essential. Within the scope of this thesis, we study the application of competency framework in supporting the training for civil servants in order to serve the Public Administration Reform in the District of Luc Nam. Bac Giang province.
