Ra quyết định là một quá trình tìm kiếm lựa chọn tối ưu trong số các lựa chọn có thể có. Trong các phương pháp "ra quyết định khi có đa nhân tố ảnh hưởng" truyền thống, việc xếp loại và độ quan trọng của các tiêu chí đánh giá được tính toán rất chính xác.... Trong nghiên cứu này, tác giả đã đánh giá năng lực cạnh tranh hiển thị của 4 chuỗi siêu thị tại Việt Nam để mô phỏng khả năng ứng dụng của phương pháp TOPSIS trong việc đánh giá xếp loại hoạt động kinh doanh.
