Summary of the Doctoral dissertation in Law: Administrative preventive measures under the Vietnamese law

The study aims to interpret the scientific basis to give views and solutions to improve the law on administrative preventive measures in Vietnam on the basis of clarifying theoretical issues on administrative preventive measures, and assessing the real situation of the law and the application of administrative preventive measures in practice.
