Các phương pháp đặt NKQ: Mở thông khí quản qua màng nhẫn giáp (cricothyrotomy) * Bằng kim (Needle Cricothyrotomy) Mở khí quản qua màng nhẫn giáp bằng kim là xuyên kim lớn (10G) qua mành nhẫn giáp vào đường thở. Khi đặt xong, thông khí qua kim. Phương pháp này ít sử dụng, tuy nhiên là phương pháp để cứu vãn trong tình huống không thể thông khí, không thể oxy hoá máu (CICO).

CÁC PP ĐẶT NKQ Mở thông khí quản qua màng nhẫn giáp (cricothyrotomy) * Bằng kim (Needle Cricothyrotomy)  Mở khí quản qua màng nhẫn giáp bằng kim là xuyên kim lớn (10G) qua mành nhẫn giáp vào đường thở. Khi đặt xong, thông khí qua kim.  Phương pháp này ít sử dụng, tuy nhiên là phương pháp để cứu vãn trong tình huống không thể thông khí, không thể oxy hoá máu (CICO).
