The paper will present the design of techniques for building an application for testing and evaluating knowledge in the Data Structures and Algorithms course. This application will be a useful tool for both instructors and students, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching and learning in Information Technology-related subjects.

This software system uses state-of-the-art convolutional neural networks (CNN SOTA) for facial recognition by testing two of the best facial recognition models currently available: the FaceNet model and the VGGFace model.

This new approach using Kansei evaluation is to quantify expert sensibilities and emotions about bio-food quality in market and biofood research environments.
Further improvement of food biotechnology evaluation applying for a real case study with expert feedbacks can be considered in future studies.
