Nghiên cứu này tập trung làm rõ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố đến khả năng thanh toán của các doanh nghiệp ngành xây dựng niêm yết ở Việt Nam. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng mô hình hồi quy với bộ dữ liệu của 29 doanh nghiệp xây dựng niêm yết ở Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2015-2021. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nhân tố đòn bẩy tài chính (LEV), khả năng sinh lời từ vốn kinh doanh (ROA), vòng quay tổng tài sản (ART) và tốc độ tăng trưởng của công ty (GWS) là những nhân tố có tác động mạnh đến khả năng thanh toán của các doanh nghiệp này.

The purpose of the field-oriented control (FOC) is therefore to create a tool that allows the decoupling control of the flux and torque-producing current components from the three-phase AC currents flowing in the coil. The FOC drive system is a system based on the principle of decoupling the above power components thanks to the stator current feedback control (the innermost circuit of the drive system). The study is focused on the experience of conferencing from the perspective of young people (offenders), their families and supportive others. Of particular interest is the role of the offender’s family (and/or significant others), the nature of their support, and how this impinges on the conference and its outcomes. Although the supporters’ role is pivotal in the conferencing process, its significance has remained largely implicit in the research to date. The research covered quite a bit of territory with the simple objective - to 'break free' of the 'risk' of continuing architectural patterns in practice through and beyond mid career. On reflection I identified four stages within the history of my practice covering three disciplines; art, architecture and the political economies relation with urban geography. This project is an investigation of melodic drum-kit practices in popular and contemporary music. The development of melodic drum-kit playing techniques has helped create a more inclusive role for drum-kit players within ensembles and has increased the potential for drum-kit players to present solo elements in performance. The objective of my research is to develop a body of work for exhibition based on an examination of the ways that corporate space, as exemplified by the foyers and conference rooms of contemporary corporate offices, reflect societal anxieties about wealth and power. This paper delves into the realms of tragedy, memory and representation. Drawing upon the phenomenon of the Phantom Limb and extending it towards a theory of Phantom Bodies, various artworks - literary, theatrical and visual - are examined. After the conflagration of the terrorist attack, how are these absences grieved over and remembered through artistic representation? The essay examines this question by positioning itself amongst the scarred landscapes of post-September 11 New York and suicide bombings in Israel (2000-2006).
