The effect of auricular acupuncture (AT4) when combined with electroacupuncture in recovery cerebral infarction: A randomized trial

Cerebral infarction can lead to severe consequences. According to traditional medicine theory, electro-acupuncture and ear acupuncture are some of the successful treatments for rehabilitating the motor functions of paralyzed limbs. The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of combining ear acupuncture (AT4) with traditional electro-acupuncture to aid in the recovery of individuals experiencing limb paralysis due to a brain infarction.

Tóm tắt Luận án Tiến sĩ Y học "Xác định hiệu quả phục hồi vận động sau nhồi máu não của phương pháp nhĩ châm kết hợp điện châm" được nghiên cứu với mục tiêu là: Đánh giá hiệu quả phục hồi vận động theo thang đo Barthel Index, Motricity Index và Fugl Meyer Assessment của phương pháp nhĩ châm kết hợp điện châm so với điện châm trên người bệnh nhồi máu não giai đoạn phục hồi sớm sau 6 tuần điều trị.
