Currently, the ability to convert raw materials from lignocellulose-rich biomass by traditional methods has many limitations. Therefore, the objective of the thesis is to exploit a variety of biocatalysts (hydrolases) from fungi to efficiently convert lignocellulose-rich biomass from ABP into sugars (C5 and C6) capable of fermenting for bioethanol production. Tumour necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) has attractedmuch attention because of its ability to kill tumour cells. In this study, we demonstrated that treatment of QGY-7703 cells with the combination of TRAIL and etoposide resulted in synergistic cytotoxic effects.
