This study investigates the impact of using the Nearpod platform on improving high school students' grammatical competence. A quasi-experimental design with sampling was selected, including 40 students of class 10A7 at Ngo Quyen High School.

This study aims at exploring the causes and impacts of speech errors in spontaneous speech produced by Vietnamese EFL learners, with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study showed that the major causes of speech errors were LI interference, cognitive overload, and lack of exposure to real life English conversations.

This study was experimental in nature and the research was based on a quantitative approach tailored to minimize threats to validity through the use of a control group. Additionally, it involved elements of related qualitative research to interpret findings.
