Bài viết trình bày Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả đặc điểm, hiệu quả và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chương trình giáo dục liên ngành. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Đề tài tìm kiếm các nghiên cứu trên các cơ sở dữ liệu điện tử Pubmed, Science Direct và The Cochrane Library từ tháng 01/1988 đến tháng 12/2023 bằng cách sử dụng các từ khóa: "Interprofessional education”, “Interprofessional Relation”, “Collaborate”, “Cooperate”, “Effective”, “Characteristic”, “Factor”, “Attitude”, “Perception” và kết hợp các từ khóa bằng toán tử Boolean: “OR”, “AND”.

The thesis builds a theoretical framework for cooperative attitudes of parents towards head teachers in secondary schools, assesses the level and expressions of cooperative attitudes of parents’ students to secondary school head teachers. On that basis, proposes and experiments measures to improve the positive working attitude of student’s parents with thehead teachers, contributing to improving the quality of student education.

Showing a cooperative attitude by convincing people that the decision is necessary (rather than imposing the decision). 2. Get an idea of colleagues' counter-arguments and resistance in advance - act on this in anticipation. 3. Relate the benefits of ideas or recommendations to the needs and interests of individuals and clients. 4. Present compelling arguments to support positions.
