Cuu Long basin

Bài viết này nghiên cứu áp dụng mô hình cân bằng nước MIKE HYDRO BASIN (MHB) để đánh giá khả năng đáp ứng của nguồn nước cho các nhu cầu sử dụng nước khác nhau trên lưu vực sông (LVS) Cửu Long. Toàn bộ LVS được phân thành 120 vùng quản lý tổng hợp nguồn nước.

This study corrected and supplemented the broken segments, then use the corrected and supplemented curves to calculate porosity. The porosity calculated in this study for 9 wells has been used by JVPC to build the mining production technology diagrams, whle the existing softwares can not calculate this parameter. The testing result proves that the Artificial Neural Network model (ANN) of this study is great tool for correction and supplementing of the well log curves.

Mekong river, especially in Southern Vietnam, lowest part of the Mekong River Basin. While most of Vietnamese farmers in MD use water from the rivers and canals for their daily drinking, irrigation, domestic use, etc., effects of water environment to human life is more crucial. Vise visa, impacts of human activities to water environment are also considered to ensure the sustainable development of the MD.

The MD of Vietnam is located at the most downstream part of the Mekong river basin. With a population of 17 million inhabitants living in 4 million hectares of land, the MD has great potentials for agricultural production. The MD is the most important agricultural production region for the whole country.
