Data acquisition

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) là hệ thống điều khiển giám sát và thu thập dữ liệu. Điều khiển ở đây là điều khiển một cách giám sát. SCADA khác với các hệ thống điều khiển DCS ở chỗ, các hệ DCS là một hệ thống điều khiển phân tán trên mạng diện rộng và cơ chế điều khiển được giao cho cả các phần tử cấp dưới.
