The study was conducted a year (July 2017-July 2018) in Gorontalo Province. Data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers, collectors, wholesalers, retailers. Data analysis utilized DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The results showed that the performance of the cayenne supply chain doer in Gorontalo was mostly efficient, only 16.7% farmers, 10% collecting trader, 8.3% large trader and 16.7% retailers whose performance was not efficient.

According to the research findings, it is highly suggested to use an effective pricing strategy in order to retain customers in Businesses in Kurdistan. The limitation of this research is lack of time that the researcher was not able to gather more information and data regarding pricing strategy and customer retention. The novelty of this research as specifically to the Erbil market penetration pricing is the best to keep the customer for the long run of business.

The limitation of this research is few time to collect data for this reason the sample size was small for this research, it is recommended to have bigger sample size for future studies. This research paper attempts to highlight the scarcity of articles published in the field of Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) in supply chain management. The S & OP process allows Supply Chain Managers to balance demand and supply. Literature in leading journals are limited in the area of S & OP and there is a need to address this limitation to aid efforts to complement the demand planning process in smart industries. In 2010, it was recorded that only 15 papers were published and less than a handful of articles were written throughout the mid-2000s.

The aim of this study was to investigate the profitability of variable reduction methods for predicting the risk of the stock price drop of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. To achieve this, the literature review was conducted and 24 primary variables were selected which were most frequently used in the literature and the required data for measuring them was available.

The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of competitiveness in firms’ sectors of the Greek manufacturing industry, based on firm level accounting and qualitative data attempting to identify key issues regarding Greek SMEs. An unbalanced data set of 407 Greek manufacturing SMEs is implemented, covering the period of 2003-2011 with the use of a multivariate regression model (EGLS) with explanatory variables characterizing firms’ operational activity.

- The purpose of this paper is to study the drivers of competitiveness in sectors of the Greek Manufacturing Industry, both in the pro and posteconomic crisis era, based on firm level financial/accounting and qualitative data attempting to identify critical issues about Greek SMEs. Although considerable empirical work has been done on this subject, research on the topic is limited and nonexistent for Greece.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant. This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.

Global competition has intensified geographic repositioning of supply chain activities with implications for the economic prosperity of specific regions and geographies affected by such shifts. This study examines the relationship between the level of corruption and economic growth using the supply chain and ARDL bounds test method. The data used are GDP, the level of corruption, foreign direct investment, government spending and inflation from 2000-2018. The results of the study indicate a negative and significant impact on the level of corruption on economic growth in the long run.

The article discloses methodological approaches to quantifying the level of penetration of block chain technologies into the regional socioeconomic environment in comparison to the supply chain strategies. Based on the methods of mathematical and statistical analysis, it allows you to formalize and convert a large array of data of a qualitative order into a single scale for measuring the process under study - the level of demand in the regional socio-economic environment for block chain technology.

This aim of this study is to measure the technical efficiency score and identify the factors that affect the technical efficiency in plastic manufacturing firm in Malaysia for the year 2015 using the two stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The first stage involves calculating the efficiency score through the DEA using firm-level data, provided by the Department of Statistics, Malaysia. In the second stage, Tobit Regression Analysis was used to identify the significant factors affecting the efficiency of the plastic industry.

The previous studies on technical efficiency (TE) of the soft drinks industry in Malaysia are still under consideration from other industries and existing studies discuss the industry in general. In fact, there is a previous study using industry-level data and does not consider the determinants of technical inefficiency determining the TE level. The purpose of this study is to identify the technical efficiency level and the technical inefficiency of the soft drinks manufacturing industry in Malaysia by 2015 using cross-section data of 118 firms obtained from the Department of Statistics (DOS).
