This paper presents the results and assessment of the groundwater exploitation reserves in coastal areas of Ninh Thuan province. The research was based on determining the exploitation reserves of all grid cells with dimensions 500 m × 500 m distributed in fresh-salted water areas of the Holocene (qh) and Pleistocene (qp) aquifers. Each grid was assigned the corrected hydrogeological parameter values (depth, gravity coefficient, hydraulic conductivity, and drawdown level).

Previous research suggests that the inconsistent results about the relationship between supplier chain integration and performance are due to incomplete and inappropriate conceptualization of supply chain integration dimensions. Therefore, since the resource-based view has been recognized as the most suitable framework to understand these capabilities, we identify and examine routines bundles that make up them. This paper contributes to expand the organizational routines research and provide theoretical guideline for future research in the supply chain management field.

The aim of the study was to explore how the logistics, micro, market and macro coordination dimensions affect the availability of artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs) in general hospitals in Uganda. Following a qualitative approach, a multiple case study strategy was used. Specifically, four focus group discussions, each consisting of 8 respondents were conducted from four purposively selected hospitals.

So three elements shape leadership in Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory as a relationship and process are investigated. In the multi-dimensional model of data warehouses, data drawn from multiple sources is organized into fact tables and dimension tables. Data cubes pre-compute the aggregations of measurements along combinations of dimensions to speed up the processing of Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) queries. When the underlying fact tables or dimension tables change over time, data cubes need to be incrementally maintained to reflect these changes. In this thesis, we study the problem of incrementally maintaining data cubes under slowly changing dimensions.

This research is built upon the determination of the Eigenpairs of one and two dimensional positive differential operators with periodic boundary conditions. The Schrödinger equation was solved for positive operators in both one and two dimensions. Fourier series were used to express the derivatives as the summation of Fourier terms. This led to a novel approach for the calculation of the eigenmodels of a perturbed potential well. The perturbation can be done via an electric field applied to the potential well.

This thesis adopts an explanatory sequential mixed-approach, incorporating two inter-related studies investigates the resilience capabilities of Hong Kong-based SMEs. Specifically, the overall objective is to empirically examine the multidimensionality of resilience capability, and how each dimension is developed, utilized, and evolved over time and in various contexts. Study 1 involves a survey of 177 Hong Kong-based SMEs and explores the interrelationship between resilience capabilities and firm performance, and the moderating impact of environmental turbulence on these relationships.

In this study, two models were proposed: a five-stage SISP maturity model for defining SISP maturity and another one for assessing the degree of SISP maturity. The aims of this thesis are informed by the limitations of existing research identified above. The overall objective of the thesis is to develop and test a framework of accountant identities (accountant subtypes) inferred from stereotypical perceptions and to identify the attributes that underlie the subtypes. The initial construction of the framework is based on the accountant stereotypes identified in existing research. The framework is constructed from two dimensions based on role (tasks performed by accountants) and character (perceived personality traits).
