In this work, a reduced order isogeometric model is proposed to analyze the dynamic behavior of carbon nanotube-reinforced composite plates. In which, the mechanical properties of the material are functionally graded through the plate thickness employing four distributions of carbon nanotubes.

The paper generalizes one practical tool for analyzing the structural dynamics for the high-speed railway bridge based on Cast3M open-source. Compared with the classical approach with the analytical formulation, KD-Railway developed by the finite element method allows defining the structure with complex geometry and considering a different type of structure (truss, cable, hybrid composite) or the structure-soil interaction.

I. Introduction An important aspect of nuclear reactor core analysis involves the determination of the optimal coolant flow distribution and pressure drop across the reactor core. On the one hand, higher coolant flow rates will lead to better heat transfer coefficients and higher Critical Heat Flux (CHF) limits. The article presents the graphical analysis of economic indicators for 25 countries: GDP growth rate (%) and GDP per person employed (thousand US dollars) for the period from 1990 to 2016 by considering the supply chain strategy (SCS) and transparency. The authors carried out the decomposition of economic growth rates of selected countries according to the following factors: 1) extensive factors – the growth rate of the capital stock and the size of labor force; 2) intensive factors – R&D expenditures; 3) the dynamics of foreign direct investment in the country 4) supply chain strategy.

This study focuses on experimental testing and subsequent numerical analysis of impacted and pre-loaded composite coupons and bonded composite scarf joints under varying impact conditions. A methodology will be developed for the numerical modelling of preloaded impact tests to enable capture of critical failure modes and ultimate failure. The main aim is to validate a modelling strategy that will provide accurate failure characterisation of the tested joints using numerical analysis.
