This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours related to medical professionalism among fifth-year medical students by using three assessment tools aligned with different competency levels in Miller’s Pyramid and to analyse correlations among these assessment approaches.

Using widely accepted scientific research methods in sports and physical education, we evaluated the current practices for testing and assessing learning outcomes in the Aerobics course for Physical Education majors at Bac Ninh Sports University. The findings reveal that, while the evaluation process adheres to the Ministry of Education and Training regulations, the assessment content lacks scientific depth and practical relevance.

This study employs various research methods and identifies 54/100 usable questions, 46/100 questions that require modification or replacement. Stress in medical education has been inevitable among medical students. The prevalence of mental health problems among medical students is increasing, requiring a reliable tool for accessing assessments. The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), designed to screen for mental disorders and psychological stress, is a promising tool. Although the factor structure of GHQ-12 has been studied internationally, it is still unclear in Vietnam.
