Survey data from 84 lecturers revealed moderately high self-efficacy, with highest confidence in instructional strategies and lowest in student engagement.

Using widely accepted scientific research methods in sports and physical education, we evaluated the current practices for testing and assessing learning outcomes in the Aerobics course for Physical Education majors at Bac Ninh Sports University. The findings reveal that, while the evaluation process adheres to the Ministry of Education and Training regulations, the assessment content lacks scientific depth and practical relevance.

A survey of 50 teachers and 200 students from three high schools reveals that while the case study method has been introduced, its application remains limited, with an average score of 3.19.
