Công nghệ tài chính (Fintech) ngày càng trở nên phổ biến và tác động mạnh mẽ tới các dịch vụ tài chính. Hiểu biết tài chính (Financial Literacy) của người dân ngày càng được cải thiện cùng với sự phát triển gia tăng của các dịch vụ Fintech. Để làm rõ tác động của hiểu biết tài chính tới ý định sử dụng các dịch vụ Fintech, nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA) với 486 người tham gia khảo sát về ý định sử dụng dịch vụ Fintech.

In this study a set of research questions were asked to the respondents to identify the impact of financial literacy on customer satisfaction towards banking services. It was found that level of financial literacy was low among the respondents and there is no significant impact of financial literacy on overall customer satisfaction.

Though there is still no blueprint for a nationwide reform, house holdbehavior adjustments such as better retirement preparedness and planning may create important changes. By examining the current state of financial literacy and the elderly’s financial situation, the research reveals that financial literacy is of primary importance for retirement security in Vietnam.
