To describe the clinical, subclinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of uterine fibroids at Thai Binh Medical University Hospital. Method: The study described through a crosssectional survey of 250 patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids and operated at Thai Binh Medical University Hospital from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2023.

ASA classification has been applied all over the world in premedication. The 2019 Amended ASA-PS was modified by new definitions, approved examples, especially definition for emergent patients. In Vietnam, there has not any independent study on ASA- PS classification up to now. The addition of “E” denotes emergency surgery.
