In the hardware accelerator, author proposes a highly flexible CNN accelerator with reconfigurable layers.

The simulated device is calibrated against experimental GaN and Ga2O3 diodes, considering the effect of thickness of GaN layer and its doping concentration on the performance of GaN/Ga2O3 diodes. This paper presents a system that combines torque control algorithms based on a back-propagation neural network (BP-ANN) and an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS).
