Public speaking is recognized as one of the most essential skills in the 21st century, playing a crucial role in assessing students’ speaking abilities and overall communication competence. This is especially important for EFL university students, who face significant challenges in mastering public speaking. This study aims to investigate the causes of public speaking anxiety and examine the effects of workshops on improving students' public speaking skills.

The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is "an English language test designed specifically to measure the everyday English skills of people working in an international environment."The TOEIC Speaking & Writing Test was introduced in 2006. Test takers receive separate scores for each of the two tests, or can take the Speaking test without taking the Writing test. The Speaking test assesses pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency, while the Writing test examines vocabulary, grammar, and overall coherence and organization.

The overall aims of this study are firstly to advance an understanding of the effectiveness of cooperative learning strategies in the classroom to enhance speaking skill. Secondly, the researcher would like to explore teachers' awareness towards cooperative learning activities such as pair works and group works. Finally, we would find out the effect of using cooperative activities in enhancing speaking ability.

The ‘apprentice’ initiative managers have had assignments and training that prepare them for their first initiative. Typically, these first initiatives will be Tier III, cost saving and Marketing only initiatives and are mostly Band II people.
