Practice in some countries

The thesis aims to study the characteristics of this type of story in Vietnam and some Southeast Asian countries, on that basis, compare and explain some basic similarities and differences in folktales in particular and in the culture of countries in general in the region. At the same time, with this topic, we also want to point out the practical value of the thesis such as meeting the needs of spiritual cultural tourism, preserving cultural and religious values, customs and traditions of the nations in the region and towards the understanding of culture among ethnic people.

The research scope of this study is the theoretical basis of good faith principle in German, English and Vietnamese contract law, in which the Civil Code 2015 will be used as the main research subject for Vietnamese contract law. In addition to the theoretical research, the thesis also studies courts’ judgments of the three legal systems to illustrate the results of theoretical research.

The purpose of the study is to clarify the theoretical and practical issues of national responsibility for ensuring nuclear safety through in-depth and comprehensive study of the rules of international law executed in some typical countries in the world. On that basis, recommendations are made to improve the law on national responsibility for ensuring nuclear safety in Vietnam.
