Regenerating jute into high-tech nanofibres is an alternative way to use jute fibres. However, dissolving jute has always been a challenge. The complex hierarchal structure of lignin is the main obstacle for hydrolysis of lignocellulosic fibres in obtaining value-added products. This work aims to develop regenerated jute nanofibres through electrospinning. A literature review was conducted to investigate on the methods of regenerating jute for value added products.

Seed propagation of Mycetia balansae Drake is not easy, due to low germination rate and low viability, so it is very rare in nature. In order to conserve this plant as well as to use for commercial purposes in cooperation with Tue Linh Co.Ltd, providing a large number of plants is necessary and in vitro tissue culture technology could be solve this problem. The mRNA transcription of inflammation-related genes and cell cycle-associated genes decreased or delayed. The protein expressions of proliferation-related marker PCNA and proliferationassociated signaling pathway components JNK1, NF-κB and STAT3 reduced or retarded. There was stronger activation of proapoptotic proteins caspase-3, caspase-8 and BAX in the IL-1R1 KO mice at different time points (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). IL-1R1 KO reduced inflammation and caused impaired liver regeneration after 2/3 partial hepatectomy in aged mice.

Pre-requisite for any plant biotechnological approach is development of an efficient plant regeneration system in that crop. In this regard the in vitro regeneration was achieved by using cotyledon explants from aseptically raised seedlings of popular Capsicum F1 hybrids Bharat and Indra. The result shows that the synthesized BiNbO4 for the optimized sample have size that smaller than 70 nm. Also decomposing methyl orange solution illumination for 2 hours at a rate of 0.25 g/l BiNbO4 turns liquid were capacity ≈ 99 %. After the 3rd time of regeneration the BiNbO4 also able to be used by evidence of 97.20 % of removing methyl orange.

Leaf explants of Echinacea purpurea L. taken from aseptically germinated seedlings were inoculated with A. tumefaciens strains EHA105, carrying a binary vector conferring herbicide resistant bar gene and fungal resistant chitinase gene. Glufosinate ammonium‐resistant shoots were regenerated on a medium containing BAP and NAA at a concentration of 4.88 and 0.053 μM, respectively. A subsequent transfer of shoots to medium containing BAP was necessary for stem elongation and leaf development.
