Eloquent ORM đi kèm với Laravel cung cấp một API ActiveRecord đơn giản và tiện lợi cho giao tiếp với database. Mỗi database table sẽ có một "Model" tương ứng để tương tác với table đó. The resulting model is a Document Retriever, called QASA, which is then integrated with a machine reader to form a complete open-domain QA system. Our system is thoroughly evaluated using QUASAR-T dataset and shows surpassing results compared to other state-of-the-art methods.

We propose a content based video retrieval system in some main steps resulting in a good performance. From a main video, we process extracting keyframes and principal objects using Segmentation of Aggregating Superpixels (SAS) algorithm. After that, Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) are selected from those principal objects. Then, the model “Bag-of-words” in accompanied by SVM classification are applied to obtain the retrieval result. Our system is evaluated on over 300 videos in diversity from music, history, movie, sports, and natural scene to TV program show.

In this paper, a computational semantic method is proposed to estimate the phrasal semantic distance used in our model of Vietnamese document retrieval system. The semantic distances between phrases are defined in terms of semantic classes and semantic relations to ensure that it can reflect how different two certain phrases are.

The basic set of operations for the relational model is known as the relational algebra. These operations enable a user to specify basic retrieval requests. The result of a retrieval is a new relation, which may have been formed from one or more relations. The algebra operations thus produce new relations, which can be further manipulated using operations of the same algebra.
