In industrial field, various automation techniques have been studied and applied to increase productivity, better accuracy and eliminate the human errors. This paper developed a model of the automatic defect sorting system to distinguish between qualified and defective products.

There are few reports concerning the sortingmechanisms of mammalian HSP60 into the mitochondria from the cyto-plasm. In the present study we investigated the protein import system. Based on immunoblotting and immuno-histochemistry, HSP60 was detected in both the cytoplasm andmitochondria. The purified cytoplasmicHSP60 showed chaperone activity, and the protein was imported into the mitochondriain vitro by a mitochondrial import assay.

Previously, we reported that a region containing a tandem repeat of microtubule-interact-ing and transport (MIT) domains in calpain 7 interacts with a subset of endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT)-III-related proteins, suggesting involvement of calpain 7 in the ESCRT system.
