Specializing in physics

Using widely accepted scientific research methods in sports and physical education, we evaluated the current practices for testing and assessing learning outcomes in the Aerobics course for Physical Education majors at Bac Ninh Sports University. The findings reveal that, while the evaluation process adheres to the Ministry of Education and Training regulations, the assessment content lacks scientific depth and practical relevance.

Through a year-long case study, this study examines the sustainability and reproducibility of the “Inclusive Online Sports Club Activity (IOSCA)”. The modelling of traffic flow using methods and models from physics has a long history. In recent years especially cellular automata models have allowed for large-scale simulations of large traffic networks faster than real time. On the other hand, these systems are interesting for physicists since they allow to observe genuine nonequilibrium effects. Here the current status of cellular automata models for traffic flow is reviewed with special emphasis on nonequilibrium effects (e.g. phase transitions) induced by on- and off-ramps.

The calculations showed that the results are comparable to the best MOFs for the hydrogen storage up to date. The results also elucidated that the gravimetric hydrogen uptakes depend on the special surface area and pore volume of the MIL-88s. These important structural features, if properly improved, lead to an increase in the capability of hydrogen storage in MIL-88s.

This thesis presents time-resolved measurements of the spin evolution of transient carrier populations in III-V quantum wells. Non-equilibrium distributions of spin polarisation were photoexcited and probed with picosecond laser pulses in three samples; a high mobility modulation n-doped sample containing a single GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well, an In0.11Ga0.89As/GaAs sample containing three quantum wells and, a multi-period GaAs/AlGaAs narrow quantum well sample.
