The limitation of this research is lack of time that the researcher was not able to gather more information and data regarding pricing strategy and customer retention. The results of the analysis displayed that the model was acceptable which explained that variable such as environment, discount price, payment procedures and facility affect impulsive buying in traditional markets. Thus, it may be concluded that impulsive buying behavior in modern markets and traditional markets is similar. When discount prices contributed the greatest influence on the traditional markets, in modern markets, the impact was even more profound.

House of Risk Method is used to identify the most potential risk agents, while the fuzzy reasoning risk assessment model is used to determine the risk severity by risk agents. Based on the analysis, it is found that risk agent stock out of the product is the most potential risk agent in this industry. To reduce the impact, mitigation strategies are suggested for stock out product risk agents in warehouse are flexible supply base, safety stock, internal coordination, as well as create and control production schedules.

The aim of this study was to apply the flipped classroom strategy in teaching English grammar to examine its impact on Quy hop 3 high school students’ performances, perceptions, and attitudes toward learning English independently. ; and after every step of the way; I find out a more effective way to support and help students to learn English grammar better. I hope that the findings of the study will partly help to decide whether to apply this technique again in the future or what changes can be made to improve the quality and the effectiveness of the method.

This thesis explores the problem of wasteful fashion consumption in light of the current need for individuals to develop a sustainable way of living. The Agenda 21 report from the Rio Earth Summit (1992) determined that sustainable consumption is an issue to be addressed in terms of resource conservation, waste reduction and a reduction of production pollutants. To date, in Australia, there are no policies or strategies in place to reduce wasteful consumption from the consumer’s perspective and it is this research and policy deficit that this thesis research addresses.

This study examined the current situation of the Serbian Orthodox Church both in its Australian and transnational contexts since the Serbian Orthodox Church functions as transnational network with churches linked globally. The thesis research followed a constructivist assumption to claim knowledge. The strategy of inquiry was the case study taking the multiple-case, comparative design. Three case studies were conducted in this thesis. The research method mainly relied on open-ended interviews supported by semi-structured interviews and triangulations using documentation and archival records. It basically took the qualitative approach. The three case study organisations are typical large organisations and major employers of the Hong Kong IT workforce.
