Candidal granuloma is a rare disease and treatment is still difficult in clinical practice. This disease is common in immunocompromised patients. Herein, we report a case of a 63-year-old man who presented with Candidal granuloma caused by Candida parapsilosis. The diagnosis was confirmed according to fungal culture. The patient was successfully treated with oral fluconazole and terbinafine.

Camellia megasepala Hung T. Chang & Trin Ninh, found in Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province, contains a significant amount of flavonoids and polyphenols, which are important phenolic compounds known for their various biological activities beneficial to human health, including antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects. This study applied the response surface methodology (RSM) to examine the influence of extraction factors on the polyphenol and flavonoid content in golden tea leaves.

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục đích tối ưu hóa quá trình trích ly và phân tích một số tính chất hóa lý dầu từ hạt Sachi (Sacha inchi). Thiết kế thí nghiệm theo Box - Behnken trong phương pháp đáp ứng bề mặt (Response Surface Methodology) đã xây dựng được mô hình tối ưu cho quy trình trích ly với công suất siêu âm 338W, thời gian 52 phút và tỉ lệ nguyên liệu/dung môi 1/10 thì hiệu suất thu hồi đạt 83,09%.

In this paper, the 3D models of Gleason spiral bevel gears was created according to the machining principle in Autodesk Inventor software and they were used to simulate the influence of positioning errors on the indicators for evaluating tooth pitch errors, including the maximum single pitch deviation, the maximum difference between adjacent pitches, and the total cumulative pitch deviation.
