The appropriate policy implications

The overall goal of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of nontraditional banking activities on bank efficiency and factors that affect it at bank level of listed commercial banks during the period 2011 - 2019. On that basis, proposing policy implications and appropriate solutions to promote the development of nontraditional banking activities to increase efficiency and competitiveness for listed commercial banks in particular and Vietnamese commercial banks in general.
