Studies on nanoparticle-protein interaction have also not been studied. This would give information on ratio influence on the structural alteration of EGCg in EGCg-AuNPs and its functionality in vivo. Herein, the optimisation of EGCg-AuNPs will be determined with a large pool of stoichiometric synthesises of gold and EGCg. These optimised EGCg-AuNPs would then be studied with bovine serum albumin (BSA) for protein interactions, binding and thermodynamics.

The molecular properties of apigenin, luteolin and nevadensin which are three naturally flavonoid compounds have been studied theoretically by DFT method at 6- 311++G(d,p) level. All FMO analysis, mechanism, and kinetics studied suggested that compound luteolin (3) was a promising antioxidant agent. The results indicated that HAT is thermodynamically preferred in the gas phase, and SPLET is the thermodynamically favorable pathway in methanol and water.

Numerical calculations of the quantities were performed for Fe and W thin films and found to be in good and reasonable agreement with other theoretical results and experimental data. Some thermodynamic quantities of ZrxCe1-xO2/CeO2 systems are investigated by using the moment method in statistical dynamics taking into account the anharmonicity effects of lattice vibrations. The analytic expression of the Gibbs free energy, Helmholtz free energy, and specific heats at the constant volume of ZrxCe1-xO2/CeO2 systems are obtained.

An examination of the first-row-transition-metal-doped boron clusters, B14M (M = Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu) in the neutral state, is carried out using DFT quantum chemical calculations. The lowest-energy equilibrium structures of the clusters considered are identified at the TPSSh/ 6- 311+G(d) level. The structural patterns of doped species evolve from exohedrally capped quasi-planar structure B14 to endohedrally doped double-ring tubular when M is from Sc to Cu.

We have investigated the thermodynamic properties of the cubic zirconia ZrO2 using the statistical moment method in the statistical physics. The free energy, thermal lattice expansion coefficient, specific heats at the constant volume and those at the constant pressure, CV and CP , are derived in closed analytic forms in terms of the power moments of the atomic displacements.
