Treatment intertrochanteric fracture

To assess the clinical outcomes of primary long-stem cementless bipolar hip arthroplasty as a treatment option for unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures in geriatric patients. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 67 elderly patients aged > 70 years old with unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures.

Survey of osteoporosis in the femoral head in patients ≥ 70 years of age, intertrochanteric fractures were replaced with Bipolar by DEXA method. Evaluate the results of Bipolar hip replacement surgery in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.
