Artificial intelligence has rapidly been integrated into education, which has substantially impacted academic writing, especially among EFL students. This study investigates Vietnamese EFL students’ artificial intelligence literacy and tool usage for writing, and the correlation between these two aspects. A quantitative study using a questionnaire was conducted with 214 English major students at a private university.

This study aims at exploring the causes and impacts of speech errors in spontaneous speech produced by Vietnamese EFL learners, with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study showed that the major causes of speech errors were LI interference, cognitive overload, and lack of exposure to real life English conversations.

This study aimed to determine the effects of self-questioning on pre-intermediate EFL students’ reading comprehension and explore their perceptions of learning to read with self-questioning.
