SUMMARY<br />
Nowadays, scientists focus on bio-solvent in replacement of petroleum-based solvents because of<br />
their promising advantages such as environment friendliness and renewability. However precursors<br />
for the preparation of bio-solvent normally based on food oil, therefore make an impact on food security.<br />
This work introduce methods for treatment of wasted food-oil for the preparation of bio-solvent. These<br />
are cheap and available sources, not competitive with food industries.<br />
