Body language makes up 65% or 75% of all communication during a typical day. You may realize your conscious brain is listening in what people are saying, but you are most likely unaware of the body language messages you are receiving from your subconscious mind. The goal of this book is to make sure you are aware of both the body language around you and your own body language.
