Data collection methodology

In the article, the author employs a qualitative research methodology that collects and synthesizes secondary data from published articles and provisions in Vietnam’s legal framework to review the literature on insurable interest, which includes analyzing historical developments and legal frameworks in various jurisdictions, such as the UK, USA, and China, to provide context to the principle’s evolution and application in Vietnam.

The research design adopted to address this problem utilised mixed data collection methodologies. In order to determine what was happening in the industry as a whole, a specially designed survey was conducted utilising both web-based and traditional paper-based instruments. This provided valuable quantitative data about the rate of uptake, types of companies and so on. To complement this, a focus group of selected representatives within the industry was conducted to delve more deeply into motivations behind the decision to adopt the technology and the perceived benefits derived from it.

The main objectives of this research are two fold. First, to make better or to improve the education planning mechanism at the Directorate for Development of Junior Secondary Education (DDJSE). Second, through improved planning, to expand the scope of service to the citizens of the country so that every citizen in Indonesia will have an equal access to Junior Secondary Education (JSE) and to improve the quality of JSE in Indonesia. To achieve these research objectives, practitioner research was used as an umbrella of research methodology with action research as the main research method.

This study, however, focuses more on generally well-received blogs generated by widely accepted beauty writers aged 25-35 (the quality of well-received is defined by the number of followers in each page – averagely 10,000 and above). Additionally, for the collecting data of the study to be conducted thoroughly, entries with the occurrence of code-switch rather than randomly chronological posts are chosen as the primary material for valid and reliable linguistic analysis.

The present study investigates teachers‘ perceptions of the values of the CEFR, the perceived readiness and necessity of its application, and the work involved in its application process. Also, it explores teachers‘ responses to the use of the CEFR to renew the general English curriculum, reflected in how they changed their teaching activities, adapted the assigned textbooks and modified their assessment practice. The study was a case study applying the mixed method sequential explanatory model (Creswell & Clark, 2007).

The selected research designs for this thesis are cross-sectional and case study and as mentioned above Iran has been chosen as the case study of this thesis. Secondary data and contextual data are used for this thesis and are discussed comprehensively in Chapter 2 (Literature Review) and 3 (Methodology). The research strategy is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative strategies leading to selection of suitable methods for collecting the primary data.
