This research aims to address these research gaps. Through the literature review, the most popular building PV applications in China are identified. Hence, five building PV scenarios are developed based on real-word cases, including BAPV, roof BIPV and window BIPV. Given the diverse geographic conditions and policy conditions in China, 12 typical cities are selected for the research. A MATLAB program is established to calculate energy generation and evaluate the economic performance of the building PV applications in the 12 cities.

Based on data from 620 firms on the Vietnamese stock exchange from 2010 to 2019, we use a quantitative research method to demonstrate the positive association between performance and differentiation strategy.

his study aims to investigate users’ attitude and intention to use of a social media site in the context of the Facebook platform. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from 134 users of Facebook in Vietnam. Collected data were analyzed by using hierarchical regression analysis. This study points out that trustworthiness and perceived usefulness are the direct predictors of intention to use social media sites such as Facebook.

Besides, a positive relation between the FDI intensity (in terms of the size of FDI in relative to the total capital resource) and the growth of employment in the domestic enterprise sector is found which implies that the relatively larger presence of FDI enterprises can have positive spillover effects on the domestic enterprise sector’s employment growth. However, the spillover effects of FDI are considered limited.

This study is conducted to answer the question of whether the presence of FDI enterprises affects the survival of domestic firms or not. The article measures the effect of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on organizational commitment in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). A survey of 379 employees working in Hanoi based SMEs in the commercial and service sector indicates that human resource training and development, performance evaluation, remuneration, job security, working environment, and organizational support have a positive affect on organizational commitment.
