However, the widespread application of astaxanthin is hindered by its poor water solubility and highly unsaturated structure. Phosphorus (P) is essential for plant growth, but most of it in soil is insoluble and unavailable to plants. To increase crop yields, farmers use chemical fertilizers, causing soil pollution from the accumulation of insoluble P. Beneficial microorganisms called phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms (PSMs) can change insoluble organic and inorganic phosphorus compounds into forms that plants can absorb. This article seeks to deepen knowledge of how PSM can improve plant growth, decrease soil phosphorus contamination, and contribute to the future of sustainable agriculture.

This work demonstrated the potential of US for mitigating membrane fouling. However, the integration of the US transducers within the membrane system will be a major challenge for the application of US in membrane cleaning. It is more appropriate that US is used as pre-treatment to the membrane system, the transducers can be placed prior to the coagulant feed line. Further work on the determination of the detailed mechanisms associated with enhancing coagulation would enable optimisation of the system with regard to process, cost and energy efficiency.

Master's thesis of Education: Implementation of project based learning in a training package context
The research was conducted retrospectively from a case study of an AQF Level 6 Textile, Clothing and Footwear Training Package Program at RMIT University TAFE. An Action Research approach underpins the investigation, resulting in the profiling of teaching, learning and assessment as areas in need of further examination. These defining themes are explored in the context of the Project Based Learning model developed at RMIT, with consideration given to the potential for broader application. The discussion concludes with a theoretical review of the new understandings of pedagogy.

By reviewing worldwide literature, this paper aimed to systematically collate available information about the species Cunninghamia lanceolata. Based on the findings of the review, including the species’ floral characteristics; updated distribution; historical knowledge and heritage; growth and factors influencing its forests; soil nutrition and microbes; carbon storage; wood; and chemicals and essential oils, we have identified issues for consideration regarding the use of this species for big timber production in Vietnam.
