The analytic expressions for the absorption coefficient (ACF) of a weak electromagnetic wave (EMW) caused by confined electrons in the presence of laser radiation modulated by amplitude in doped superlattices (DSL) are obtained by using the quantum kinetic equation for electrons in the case of electron–optical phonon scattering.

This problem was also studied in the presence of both low frequency and high frequency EMW [5]. Moreover, in these works, the dependence of magnetoresistance as well as magnetoconductivity on the relative angle of applied fields has been considered carefully. The behaviors of this effect are much more interesting in low-dimensional systems, especially a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) system.

The electron – optical phonon scattering is considered in detail to studying the Ettingshausen effect in doped semiconductor superlattice under the influence of phonon confinement and laser radiation. The analytical expressions for tensors and the Ettingshausen coefficient are obtained by using the kinetic equation method.

The theoretical results for the EC are numerically evaluated, plotted and discussed for a specific RQWIP GaAs/GaAsAL. We also compared received EC with those for normal bulk semiconductors and quamtum wells to show the difference. The Ettingshausen effect in a RQWIP in the presence of an EMW is newly developed.

Chemical doping nitrogen in to TiO2 crystal network by methods of sol-gel and impregnation was presented. The obtained nitrogen-doped TiO2 materials were characterized by different techniques such as XRD, SEM, UV-VIS. It was shown that samples have very uniform nano size, anatas structure and low level of band-gap energy (Ebg ~ 2.2 eV, ~ 500 - 600 nm). Their activity and kinetic were also studied and the results proved that in comparison with P25, the obtained nitrogen-doped TiO2 had higher activity and photo-quantum efficiency in organic disintegrated reaction under solar radiation.

Kinetic experiments with a substrate series of phenylacetyl-arylamides reveal that at least one polar group in the amine moiety is required for the proper orientation of the substrate in the large nucleophile-binding subsite of penicillin acylase ofEscherichia coli. Quantum mechanical molecular model-ling of enzyme–substrate interactions in the enzyme active site shows that in the case of substrates lacking local sym-metry, the productive binding implies two nonsymmetrical arrangements with respect to the two positively charged guanidinium residues of ArgA145 and ArgB263....

The parametric transformation of acoustic and optical phonons in doped superlattices is theoretically studied by using a set of quantum kinetic equations for the phonons. The analytic expression of parametric transformation coefficient of acoustic and optical phonons in doped superlattices is obtained, that depends non-linear on the concentration of impurities. Numerical computations of theoretical results and graph are performed for GaAs:Si/GaAs:Be doped superlattices

Within the framework of the Walecka model (QHD-I)[1] the renormalized effective Dirac equation and the kinetic equation for fermion are presented. In fact, the fermion propagator in the medium is dramatically different from that in the vacuum. The main feature is the treating of the fermion distribution in non equilibrium, which depends on the interaction rate involving temperature.
