A rare case report: Lung adenocarcinoma with diffuse lesions in a young male patient

After ruling out acute infectious causes, lung biopsy is valuable for a definitive diagnosis, with transbronchial biopsy via flexible bronchoscopy being an effective and safe diagnostic approach.
